Nicaragua SHB comes from the Jinotega region and it is a Strictly Hard Bean, meaning it is grown at relatively high altitudes. The high altitudes and lower temperatures produce slower maturing fruit and a harder, less porous bean which brings out a flavorful cup and a bit more acidity than lower grown beans.

Tasting Notes:   Brown sugar aroma, sweet and lingering chocolatey aftertaste and crisp acidity with notes of citrus, orange, peach, and dark chocolate..

~14 ounce bag  (medium roast or dark roast)  About enough for a 12 cup pot a day, for one week.
