Rancho San Francisco is perhaps one of the most underrated and undervalued coffees in all Central America. This bean is Strictly High Grown (SHG) by third generation farmers on family estates in the mountains of Chiapas.  Grown in a significant amount of natural shade trees, and while not certified organic, it is naturally grown and processed without chemical fertilizers. This is a most versatile coffee.  It can be roasted light, medium, or dark (espresso) and are softer and bigger beans than what you might expect.

Tasting Notes:  Medium body, medium acidity, with notes of vanilla, almond nuttiness and slight hints of peach..

~14 ounce bag  (medium roast or dark roast)  About enough for a 12 cup pot a day, for one week.
