Sourced from family-owned farms in the Surya Abadi Kayumas cooperative in Java, this coffee is given its hallmark Indonesian profile through a unique process known as wet-hulling––the coffee parchment is removed before drying is completed.   This particular bean was refined by only 66 producers with an average farm size of 5 acres.  Rather rare coffee.

Tasting Notes:   peat, baking spice, light baker's chocolate.

15 ounce bag  (priot to roasting)  About enough for a 12 cup pot a day, for one week.
